2020年1月24日 · Google Voice (app) only requires wifi as long as you have a Google voice number that you acquired through your Google account. GVoice numbers are free and all calls I know of to other numbers in the US and Canada are free calls. All calls between GVoice numbers using the app are free also as far as I know.
