Call corporate, tell them you need to transfer service to your back up phone because your phone is damaged, and to check the sim card number if it’s still good.

Click to expand... correct, but you could also buy a device inclusive bundle and than after activating swap the service to your phone of choice such as an iPhone 13. buying the bundles is usually cheaper(at least in the long run) than buying the service alone.

2023年10月5日 · I spent an hour on the phone with Tracfone Technical Support. THE SIM CARD THEY SENT ME WAS BAD!! Somehow it was not registered on their network! I purchased this from Tracfone, yet it didn't work. Once I tried a different sim card, the transfer was successful Go Figure! Lesson learned! Thank you everyone for your thoughts!

2015年6月1日 · From the device page I was able to buy a service plan. I bought the 30 day pay as you go plan and added a 365 extra service days on the checkout page. I assumed I didn't need to buy one of the smart phone plans. I forget what the difference is. I'm happy to report I'm now finally able to see my restored buckets.

2014年4月5日 · It does seem like only TracFone can provide further insight at this time since you've tried multiple SIM cards - so as I guess it's back to doing a chat with TracFone and try to get them to escalate this problem to a higher level after explaining you've tried multiple SIM cards if they can't resolve it.

2010年7月18日 · the only way you can verify the phones were "scanned for activation" is to go onto the tracfone/straight talk/etc website and act like you are going to activate the phone online. If there is an issue with the serial #, it will tell you, and you can go no further.
