Apr 13, 2024 · Spectre model line is polluted from back when in 2018 when I had the Spectre 13 inch I went crazy on that machine with an i7 8th gen processor it did everything!!! but HP has really been messing up in my opinion. or I just shouldn't be using a thin ultrabook for the type of work I am trying to achieve on a daily basis.

Mar 9, 2024 · I just got my Spectre 14 2024. Overall I like it a lot. It's on the heavier side, but the build is excellent. My small complaints are no SD card reader. No cellular connection possibility. The 2 USB-C ports are both on the right side of the laptop, I would prefer one on each side.

Apr 12, 2024 · I just received my latest HP Spectre and although the screen and keyboard is lovely there's one thing I cannot bear - the fan noise! After plugging in the device to my usual 2x QHD 27' monitor setup the Spectre simply DOES NOT SHUT UP. The fans are working all the time, regardless whether I browse Chrome or watch YouTube.

May 10, 2021 · HP Spectre 14: There are no heat issues (XPS), there is no aspect ratio issue (Yoga), there is no weight/looks issue (Inspiron), there is no lack of 2-in-1 functionality (SL4), there is no lack of ports (SL4 and SB3), and there are no glitches (XPS & SL4). And the keyboard feels SO SATISFYING to type on (SL4).

I'm considering ordering an HP spectre x360 14 from Best buy in the 2TB hd, 32 GB RAM configuration, but noticed that it has Wifi 6e instead of Wifi 7, and of course doesn't come with a pen. I tried building that same configuration on HP.com with Wifi 7 and it comes out $50 more expensive, but has the features I ideally want.
