2025年1月10日 · I've been having troubles with my machine's sound settings. I recently switched to a new desk setup, and on my old desk setup, my speakers were working fine. But when I switched to my new desk setup, the speakers became extremely quiet. I can only hear them modestly when I raise my volume to 100% and to max my speaker's volume settings as well.

2021年3月16日 · The troubleshooter didn't help, but I did figure out the problem. My system speakers were disabled under System Devices in the Device Manager. I'm not sure how they got disabled, but my monitor speakers started working again once I reenabled the system speakers. Thanks for the response, I appreciate the effort! Cheers, R

2016年3月24日 · I was running windows 8.1 but my computer crashed due to a virus. I got it sorted and they installed windows 10. but I have a problem with sound. My pc is connected to a monitor, and my tv. Sound to my monitor is nonexsistent, but sound to the tv is perfect. Anybody help please. Old title: WINDOWS 10 SOUND.

2025年1月10日 · I recently updated from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10. When I boot up, the display works fine but I see a red X over the speaker icon and a message telling me that no speakers are plugged in.

2020年5月14日 · Monitor: LG 34BK650-W 34" WFHD 2560x1080 connected using HDMI. Windows 10. Before 5/12/2020 update my monitor was recognized as an audio output device and I could toggle between my monitor speakers and headphones in the playback device menu. After the update, my monitor speakers are no longer recognized and I'm not sure how to fix it.

2010年10月3日 · Using the monitor speakers and the computer speakers at the same time I have a monitor connected to my computer, and I would like to use both speakers to listen to my music. I have tried to fix it through 'my control panel', with the 'Sound' and 'SmartAudio' icons, but I cannot arrive to set both speakers at the same time.

2024年7月8日 · Uncheck the box next to "Turn on fast startup (recommended)" and save changes. Restart your PC and enter "Selective startup" mode". This can be done by searching "msconfig" on the start menu and going to the "Boot" tab. Check the box "Safe boot" and choose "Minimal" mode. Click "OK" and restart your PC.

2025年1月10日 · I am using a new Dell XPS 15 laptop (Windows 11) connected (via USB-C) to a Dell 4K monitor via a Thunderbolt Dock. I'm keeping the laptop closed and using only the external monitor. However, I cannot play audio through the monitor's integrated speakers. When I go to sound settings in Windows 11, I can only see the laptop's Realtek speakers listed.
