Dec 4, 2024 · Downloaded and installed 2024.44.24.2 and updated the iPhone app - let the Tesla app download/sync to my watch. The way had a pair button. I went out to the car - hit pair - in 3 second it was done.

Nov 12, 2024 · Hi, I upgraded my iphone to 16pro and the authenticator app did not transfer the Tesla passcode part. I cannot log into my Tesla account since it asks for the authenticator one-time passcode or unused passcodes (which I don't have). I've spent an hour+ trying different combations to get the apps to work, but no joy.

Dec 26, 2023 · The app on his phone wouldn't even show the 'charge your non-tesla' option. After trying to help with every possible fix I could think (reinstalling the app, resetting his account, introducing alternative payment method), in the end I used my own app/account to charge a non-tesla and paid for his charging from my account.

Dec 12, 2022 · New MX owner here. Both my wife and I downloaded the app and created profiles. I can see the location of our MX from the app. My question is whether my wife can see the location of the car even if she if far away from the car, like when I'm driving it? And if so, can I limit her access to the location viewing when I'm driving it?

Jun 10, 2019 · At the moment my wife and I share the same credentials but there are plenty of potential downsized. I definitely agree the app should allow other accounts assigned and access control. Of course the car still doesn't recognize the user and switch driver profiles either. Hopefully Tesla will work on all of this in the near future.

Jul 2, 2023 · This was bugging me for the past 12 months... I tried everything -- disconnecting my iPhone, deleting and reinstalling the Tesla app, and reconnecting my Tesla key to the card. NONE OF THEM WORKED. I brought this up at my recent Tesla appoint and they suggested turning off the auto sync for contacts (under the phone settings). Voila!

Jun 7, 2022 · In my opinion this is a screen resolution support issue. Clearly the app shows add driver or manager drivers on iPhone X screen resolution or larger (I've seen it). My 2022 iPhone SE on the other hand has this exact problem, not an iOS version support issue but rather a screen resolution support issue i.e. Tesla app developers need some education.

Mar 5, 2023 · Tesla's documentation when you receive delivery will say the name of the bank. I'm also pretty sure Tesla's customer service will know too. In the case of Wells-Fargo, they send a new loan package after 1-2 weeks. You can get in the account earlier if you want by going to their auto loan page and click on "Manage your account" then "Enroll".

Sep 1, 2023 · For example, I bought my first Tesla in November. My free trial run's out in February. Autopark, summon, and smart summon don't work and the autopilot being in transition is far from smooth. At this point, I would not even consider paying for such a lame product, not $200 month nor many thousands for life. JMO
