Just read all three pages, easy read. I cannot wait to tow with the Armada as we recently upgraded from a Toyota 4Runner, 8cyl. That towed great with my camper, I am expecting the Armada to do way better as it tows 2k more. Mike, I agree with you that most people believe that you need either a dually or HD to tow and that is not that case.

We, the owners who have had problems with the Rogue have been through all the wickets. The Nissan Rogue has transmission problems (FACT). Nissan refuses to look into problems that are apparent with numerous occurances of loss of power, transmissions going into failsafe mode with no Transmission Fault Codes or Freeze Frame Data Records Stored.

Nissan has recalls for various makes and years for this exact problem, including 2009 Murano (google to see if your car qualifies). Nissan tells me recalls are VIN-specific and mine is not included...yet it is the same problem! Now, here's the real kicker...the design in the 2010s was such that the ENTIRE FRONT SEAT needs to be replaced.

The reason Nissan's overall reliability is below average at JD Power and associates is because vehicles like the Armada, Titan, QX56 and Frontier are below average which brings nissans reliability down. Nissan is getting rid of the Armada this year and infiniti is the QX56 and probably the Titan next year.

Not to mention other recalls. It's an appropriate name for the car actually as the ROGUE salesman did not inform me of any issues encountered with the model. I will never buy another nissan and encourage all my friends to boycott Nissan.
