Most prickly pear fruits i’ve had in my life are bright in color and mild in flavor. They are in a word, humble. After you remove their thorns, you can enjoy these straight out of the skin. I created this juice to bring together the flavors of prickly pear fruit, lime, agave and cinnamon.
