You probably still have to use the Tablo remote to record and change live channels? I don't think Roku makes an antenna or a DVR but they probably could. They integrated the streaming device with a sound bar.

2024年9月7日 · You can't. Some streaming services have a DVR option where they record on their own servers. I use a Tablo TV device to record broadcast TV (and some free ad-supported streams it provides) and then play it back using my Roku devices, but it has its issues.

While some Roku devices do support adding a USB drive, it is for the sole purpose of playing media from that drive, and does not have the ability to write files to it.

2023年4月8日 · No. Many "live" subscription services have DVR options, or it's included. Other services are typically OnDemand and you don't need a DVR. The new FAST channels are not recordable. Even if you had a DVR, there are probably copy-protection flags that would prevent recording. And, it won't make a difference if it's a FireStick, Apple TV+, etc...

2022年3月21日 · You can't use the Roku device to replace the DVR box. What you can do is to sign up for Cloud DVR and with that replace the DVR box. If you get the Cloud50 you can record 50 shows at once and keep the 50 shows for 6 months. Then the oldest one will be deleted.

2022年2月24日 · I can confirm the same problem (1336 on 2/24/22), but it's unique to Roku Sling Cloud DVR programs. I can access cloud dvr fine via TV's sling app. I too removed, reinstalled and logged out/in to my ROKU sling app and no joy. I can also access OTA recordings (AIRTV) on ROKU sling app, just not cloud.
