2011年12月27日 · When I registered I did it online during a time that Tesla's systems were snafu. It apparently double-charged me (which they were quick to take care of), and I lost the ability to post in the forums (which they also took care of). I do not have a customer advocate section on my "My Tesla" page which might be related to the earlier snafu.

2019年2月14日 · I have a sneaking suspicion that the Tesla Model 3 does not actually have a battery warmer, unlike the Models S and X. Tech support was silent when I asked. On the S & X, the Climate mode of the app shows a battery warming icon along with the heater and seat warmers, but I've never seen that on my Model 3 app.
