2015年6月19日 · I have a "NO SERVICE" message on my first screen and when I try to call, I get an "Emergency Calls Only" message. Time and days are more than adequate. In the past this has happened when there has been a local emergency. That does not seem to be the situation now. Three days, at least, with no outgoing service.
My Tracfone service expired without me noticing. Now what?
2015年6月1日 · If the phone number was retained too you were lucky. Maintaining service time has always been THE primarily responsibility with TracFone. No other service has so many ways to carry over service, and you need to respect that. The basic phones would splash your balances across the screen as a reminder, but the smartphones require an inquiry.

2022年5月3日 · To be allowed to transfer minutes from my old phone, my old phone had to receive a text message. But it was because my old Tracfone had "no service" it could neither send nor receive anything (and why I bought a new one). After a half-hour or so with customer service, I was cut off (but received a reference number 3729, of my own choosing).

2016年6月9日 · I've tried turning it off and on and I walked two blocks away out on the streets looking for a signal and got nothing. Sometimes when I turn it back on it says Searching but then goes right back to saying No Service. I have airtime until 1/31/2019 and 332 minutes and it was working just an hour ago. There's no reason it shouldn't be working now.

2021年11月23日 · After following Jude's advice and contacting Tracfone Customer Service via chat, I was able to fix my problem by opening the back of my LG REBEL 4 LTE (LML212VL), removing the SIM card and re-inserting the SIM card. The phone works fine now. I just wish I understood why this was necessary in the first place. Thank you, Tracfone.

For three days now I have been trying to order my free basic cell phone on their web site to no avail. I have telephoned the 800 service # to no avail. I have done numerous chats on ONLINE CHAT and chatted with 3 or 4 customer reps to no resolution.

2023年8月17日 · I had 2 tracfone lines, and I called cust svc to cancel Line 2 and transfer the unused balances to Line 1. After the transfer, they told me to reboot the only remaining phone (line 1) and try to make a phone call. The phone got "no signal" from the tower and could not connect. I was told to wait 10 minutes and reboot the phone.

2009年3月11日 · I have a TracFone Motorola W376G which seems to get poor (or no service) in most places. If I get more than 50 miles from home I usually get "No Service" even when I'm still in the valley. My service also drops when I drive into the foothills on the west side of the Sierra Nevada mountains just 15 miles east of Sacramento.

2023年8月22日 · Step 2: Activate the INACTIVE device (choose keep your number). This can be done self service, on the website. Phone number and combined balance both move, from main to spare. Spare becomes your new main, and old main becomes INACTIVE. Using website self service step 2 improves your chance of success.

2016年1月30日 · My lg 800g is having major problems keeping service going. It's constantly dropping to no bars and saying No Service, then gaining bars but still no service. The icon also fluctuates between E (when I can use it) and the tower symbol. When it shows the tower symbol, it tells me no service even with full bars.
