Nov 25, 2024 · I’m a professional artist, and my 2018 iPad Pro is still going strong! These things last forever. The OLED screen & Apple Pencil Pro support of the current M4 iPad Pros are tempting, but i just bought a new iPhone 16 Pro Max & iPad mini 7 for digital sketching on the go. So i’ll probably wait for the M5 iPad Pros.

SSD backup would be limited by the card reader (USB 3.1) speed and the HDD backup would be limited by the HDD speed. May 18, 2021 · I already have a new macbook pro, I just want an ipad for watching youtube/netflix while lying on the bed and reading pdf files. I really like the quad speakers for watching videos and the 120hz screen for reading pdf files but the used 2018-2021 ipad pro models are still out of my budget so I'm leaning towards the 2nd gen 12.9 and 10.5 ipad pros.

Dec 20, 2024 · My iPad Pro (M4) 11-inch bricks and boots only into recovery mode after hard reset after Apple Devices stops while restoring it to 18.2 and crashes the Apple Mobile Devices service. I have take it to another computer that is not running Windows 11 24H2 to unbrick it.

Nov 9, 2012 · I purchased a new iPad Mini 7 from Best Buy during Cyber Monday. I tried trading in my iPad Pro 10.2 ; 2017, but they only wanted to give me 50 bucks for it. I drove to the Apple Store which was a half mile from Best Buy. Apple gave me 80 bucks for it, even though it had that burn in near the touch button.

Jul 29, 2024 · As subject says, I just updated to PB 2 and my M4 iPad Pro is saying the display is not recognized and "Apple has updated the device information for this iPad". Has anyone else seen this? The iPad has its original display. I'm worried now that Apple will void the warranty since it says Apple has updated the device information for this iPad.

Dec 17, 2014 · OP, with the iPad Air M2 you will be getting significantly more performance than your 2018 iPP (about 3x faster), twice the RAM, faster memory speeds etc and also Landscape oriented centre stage camera and the ability to use the Pencil Pro.
Does apple pencil 2 drain iPad pro battery while not in use?
Oct 15, 2018 · In my experience, both the 11" iPad Pro and the Apple Pencil 2 RETAIN their charge just fine once they're charged up. I can charge both up to 100% and then let them sit for days at a time and they barely lose any of their charge at all. It's when I have the Pencil magnetically attached for more than about a day without use that I run into issues.
