We all know chia pudding is healthy - it’s rich in protein, fiber and good fats - making it the perfect breakfast or snack IMO. I wanted to make it even healthier, so I embellished it and turned one batch blue and one batch purple 💜💙 RECIPES: 💜 PURPLE (ACAI) CHIA PUDDING - 4 tbsp Chia Seeds - 1 cup Plant Milk (I used unsweetened coconut milk) - 2 tsp Acai Powder - Dash of Stevia (or 1 tbsp maple syrup) - ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract 💙BLUE (BUTTERFLY PEA FLOWER) CHIA PUDDING - 4 tbsp Chia Seeds - 1
