The Chapel of St. Nicholas at Haddon Hall is one of the most wondrous spaces that I have ever visited. With Norman origins, much of the present building was completed in 1427, during the reign of King Henry VI. The chapel boasts a rare and remarkable series of medieval wall paintings featuring scenes from the Bible, which were completed in the early 15th century.
