Kentucky Derby Pie is our favorite dessert for the holidays!! My mama’s amazing recipe needed a place on my feed! Here’s what you need: Filling: 6 T sugar 2 T brown sugar 1/2 T flour 1/2 cup butter 2 eggs 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 cup white corn syrup 1/2 cup chocolate chips 1/2 cup pecans Mix and pour into unbaked pie shell Pie crust (makes 1 pie shell): 1/2 cup avocado or olive oil 1/4 cup milk 11/2 cup flour 3/4 tsp sea salt Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes Enjoy!!
