Ma’amoul is one of my favorite cookies especially for the Eid. You don’t need to over night this batter. They are soft and delicious. Save and share. Ma’amoul cookies - [ ] 4 cup Semolina - [ ] 1/3 cup sugar - [ ] 1 teaspoon yeast - [ ] 1 1/3 cup warm ghee - [ ] 1/2 cup evaporated milk Date filling 1 pound of dates filling (dates in food processor), or you can use baking dates add in 2 tablespoons of ghee or butter and mix it till blended.
