This workout is done entirely on the mat using a mini resistance band of hard resistance. Great focus on glutes and hips with some great abs engagement. 🍑 Kickbacks- band around feet, abs engaged and back neutral. Grab a mini band and follow this circuit for glutes strength 🍑 Perform 12 to 15 rep of each movement with a hard resistance band. Repeat the circuit twice to work it good 😅 🍑 Side taps followed by side leg raises. Same leg, 12 reps of each. Then repeat other leg. 🍑 Side step and squat. Keeping tension on the band the entire time. 16 reps alternating sides. 🍑 Standing fire hydrants. Open your hips bringing knee to the side. Hold on to a wall if balance is a challenge.
