Many have asked what the inside of the mouth of a paddlefish looks like. They are filter feeders for microscopic organisms. They have no teeth. They don't bite on bait therefor can only be caught by snagging. They are a very resilient fish. Not delicate by any means. There are no bones in it. Very good to eat but very selective on which ones to keep. Only keep a very small amount of them.
