Starting @stephcaaaa off slowly with todays workout! Since it’s her first workout, I don’t want to push her too hard. She’s going to be sore since her body is doing things she isn’t used to, so the last thing I wanted to do was push her too hard. 10 Min Abs 😤🔥💪🏼 Stop what you’re doing, and Let’s get this ab workout real quick! We did 2 rounds of everything, 12 reps each exercise except for planks, we did that for 1 min. If you can do it all with no breaks, more power to you. But if you need breaks, take however long you need. Just try you’re best to finish it all 🙏🏻 | Booty King
