Storing Food in Mason Jars 🫙 I know people do things differently, but I have 3 layers to my food storage. My kitchen pantry is my first layer and what we eat daily. My second layer which I refer to as “short term” is foods that will last up to 2 years. And lastly my “long term” food stage last anywhere from 10-30 plus years. Those foods are all in either #10 cans or Mylar bags. So for mason jars, I store some “short term” foods in there in order to extend their shelf life. Foods such as: flour,
