I visited Henderson North Kindergarten to hear first hand from parents and teachers what they need to deliver a first class service for our kids. I found a really amazing well-run centre. And the issues they raised: teacher-student ratios (with 1 teacher for 10 kids it’s hard to give children the close attention that’s ideal), and more teacher hours are needed for kids with special learning needs. | Phil Twyford
