Close enough to touch! • First week of September, and this bull was plenty vocal, but he wasn't too interested in coming in or letting us get close. • When he turned to head up the drainage toward his bedding area, we pushed in. After 500 yards of pushing, we finally crested a ridge and ended up inside 120 yards of the bull.
