This brown pelican was found near Tin City in Naples, FL with a fish stuck in his throat. Luckily, a nearby tourist saw that he was in distress and called the wildlife hospital. A wildlife staff and intern was available to rescue and brought in the pelican. The fish was a fillet fish, meaning it most likely was tossed to the pelican or left out after fishing activities.
