Rest days are important but did you know why?☀️. I take 2 out of 7 days to rest and recharge, what about you? A fast way to lose energy, momentum, motivation and muscle is to think more is better. Rest days are important and I always advise clients to take them. My clients workout 4x a week, include a full day OFF to literally relax and then I tell them to do some form of active recovery like walking or stretching. Make sure you take those rest days and you are not pushing yourself to workout 6 days a week for hours. Your body and mind need recovery!
