Penn State is undoubtedly the number one team in wrestling by a large margin. The nitanny lions have at least 6 legitimate national champion contenders on their roster. Even with the injury to Shane Van Ness, it doesn’t look like that anyone will be able to touch this roster. Cael Sanderson has achieved incredible success as a coach at Penn State and that trend will likely continue. Cael continues to get the best recruits and recruit new talent every year.
